HGV Class 1 Driver, tramping.
Our client is a national distribution company working out of Widnes and require 3 HGV Class 1 tramper drivers for nationwide deliveries working with curtain side trailers, container experience would an advantage
Duration:
We are offering ongoing all year round positions
Immediate starts available.
Shifts available:
Monday to Friday days
Very occasional Saturday
Tramping nights out (4)
LCC rates:
£ 14.00 p/h M-F Days
£ 14.25 p/h M-F Nights
All shifts are minimum 10 hours
Expected working hours 50-60 hours per week
Night outs £26.30 (per occurrence)
Possible weekend shifts available
The role:
To Deliver Nationwide with Curtain side trailers and containers.
Maintain high industry standards of safety, health and security.
Maintain legal compliance for road transport legislation.
Be able to work in an unsupervised environment.
Have a responsible attitude.
Required skills and experiences:
A minimum 2 years HGV 1 licence with 180 days vocational experience
You will have no greater than 6 points on your HGV / LGV licence
